Straps can be used for both strengthening the body and for providing assistance in the more challenging exercises. They are a great base tool to have for your home practice. Straps are used in our Pilates for Everyday Living class and are often used in all of our other classes as well!
Theraband
The Theraband provides similar benefits to the Chair by offering resistance and assistance, Therabands help to strengthen the body in very specific places. Bring one to our Gentle Pilates class.
5ft (Industry Standard)
Theraband (Long)
Used to protect you during your workout. We provide the free use of these for classes or privates which are laundered but they are also available for purchase if you would rather bring your own!
7ft (Recommended for people over 6ft tall)
Ball
Enhance your Pilates practice by introducing the challenge of instability. The ball will help strengthen your core and facilitate support with balance. The Ball is used in our Pilates on the Ball class and is a great addition for at-home private sessions!
Magic Circle
Magic Circles are a Pilates prop created for strengthening targeted muscles and can be used to provide support in your mat routine. They are a good base tool to have for your home practice. Magic Circles are used in our Pilates for Everyday Living class.
Step
The Step is an affordable and space-friendly option for your home studio cardio equipment. The Step can be used at variable heights to continually challenge your cardio practice. The Step can be used for our Mindful Cardio 30-20-10 classes and the HI-Intensity Mindful Cardio specialty classes.
